Mr. Ahmed, a prominent business representative from Bangladesh, conducted a special inspection visit to D-KING Company, a leading manufacturer of LED display solutions, on September 6. The visit aimed to explore potential cooperation opportunities and gain an in-depth understanding of D-KING’s production capabilities, with a focus on outdoor LED display products.

Accompanied by senior executives of D-KING, Mr. Ahmed first toured the company’s state-of-the-art SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production workshop. During the visit, he closely observed the automated production process of LED display modules, including solder paste printing, component mounting, and reflow soldering. Mr. Ahmed highly praised the precision and efficiency of D-KING’s SMT production line, noting that it laid a solid foundation for the stable quality of LED display products.

Subsequently, the delegation moved to the LED display assembly workshop. Here, Mr. Ahmed witnessed the entire assembly process of various types of LED displays, from module integration and cabinet assembly to final testing. The workshop’s strict quality control system, including multiple rounds of brightness, color consistency, and waterproof performance tests, left a deep impression on him. “The rigorous quality management at every production link reflects D-KING’s professionalism and responsibility to customers,” Mr. Ahmed commented during the tour.

The highlight of the visit was Mr. Ahmed’s focus on D-KING’s die-cast aluminum outdoor LED displays. After detailed inquiries about the product’s structural design, heat dissipation performance, waterproof grade, and service life, he conducted on-site tests of the display’s brightness, contrast, and viewing angle. The die-cast aluminum cabinet of the product, which features lightweight, high strength, and excellent heat dissipation, perfectly meets the needs of outdoor large-scale display projects in Bangladesh’s hot and humid climate.

At the end of the visit, Mr. Ahmed expressed his strong intention to cooperate with D-KING. He officially confirmed that he would place an order for 500 square meters of die-cast aluminum outdoor LED displays to meet the demand for upcoming commercial and municipal display projects in Bangladesh. “D-KING’s products not only have advanced technology and reliable quality but also offer competitive prices. This cooperation will be a win-win for both parties,” Mr. Ahmed said.

Mr. Li, General Manager of D-KING, stated that the company would arrange the production and delivery of the order as soon as possible to ensure that Mr. Ahmed’s projects are completed on schedule.
